Raspberry & Almond Butter Smoothie Bowl


This healthy smoothie bowl from Healthy Twists is really quick and easy to make, plus you can easily mix and match the toppings with whatever you fancy or have available.

Ingredients

Smoothie:

1 frozen banana

1/2 fresh banana

1/2 cup of frozen raspberries

2 tbsp coconut yoghurt

1 tbsp almond butter 

1 tbsp mixed seeds

Splash plant-based milk

 

Toppings:

Yoghurt 

Almond butter

Seeds

Fresh berries

A couple of chunks of dark chocolate

A couple of cashew nuts

Essential Equipment

Method

  1. Blend the main ingredients together until thick and smooth
  2. Spoon into a bowl 
  3. Top with as much or as little as you like of the toppings
  4. Serve and enjoy!
