"The whole experience with Joseph and Joseph has been horrendous. I ordered a number of items, waited for weeks then when I chased multiple times as there is no telephone number, I finally got a response to say most of the items are now sold out. They sent the replacements and I still are yet to receive these items. To make things worse I ordered different items to replace the ones sold out only for the same thing to happen again and be told 2 weeks later they are not in stock. I am starting to think this is one big scam as no company could really provide this bad of a customer service!!"
