"I’m a big Joseph Joseph fan, so when I saw this bag was reduced I bought it. However, it needs tweaking. The bag doesn’t entirely store flat, I think it needs either press studs or Velcro on the sides to achieve this, it would then store perfectly next to my Joseph Joseph laundry basket."

"At this stage the laundry basket seems ok. That being said, I have purchased a few Joseph Joseph products and was a loyal repeat buyer, this being my 6th or 7th product. Unfortunately, the warranty process through Joseph Joseph has been disappointing. Multiple follow ups and only AI responses. Issue not resolved, or responded too. I will avoid buying with them in the future, no point having a “warranty” if it doesn’t mean anything."
