Specifications
Care & use:
- Hand wash only. Before first use, wash in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly.
- Caution: Do not use with metal implements or clean with abrasive cleaners as this may damage the non-stick coating.
- Always use protective oven gloves when handling a hot roasting tin and allow tin to cool before cleaning.
- Not suitable for use with microwave ovens, grills or hobs.
- Maximum cooking temperature: 232°C (450°F), Gas Mark 8.

"I ordered 10 or so products on 15th December and as Joseph Joseph uses DPD, the driver never turned up to our house (as we have doorbell cameras) and marked the package as "we missed you" on 17th then "parcel was refused" on 19th and returned to DPD Thames Depot. Called them and they said Joseph Joseph hadn't given all of the necessary information (despite my address being present) on their tracking wesbite. So I emailed Joseph Joseph and they said they'd refund me for the 6 or so products that are no longer in stock and just send me the 4 that were in stock. I've asked for a manager to intervene as surely they can just contact the DPD Thames Depot and force them to deliver the package that should have arrived for Christmas! This is very disappointing for Joseph Joseph, as they don't seem interested in ensuring that the customer receives the products they purchase. Especially as they are using DPD as their delivery service despite it having only 1 star reviews highlighting the lack of actually delivering the prodcut."

"Tray is a lot thinner and low walled than I expected. If you have heat up to high it buckles so you can’t go above 230’f"
