Very bad service - rationalise and change delivery company
"Nil Star Rating for following reason: I did not receive the items I ordered from Joseph Joseph, with a lot of trouble from the delivery company - see #102884 Conversation with V Truscott, 18/9/25 17:45hrs. Recommend Joseph Joseph should rationalise their service including changing to an efficient, reliable delivery company."
