Details

Designed with weighted handles and integrated tool rests, our Elevate™ knives minimise mess in the kitchen by keeping the knife blade raised up when placed down. Our Elevate™ Knives set includes a 3.5” paring knife, 4.5” serrated knife, 5.5” Santoku knife, 6.5” chef’s knife, and an 8” bread knife, all made from Japanese stainless-steel and featuring ergonomic, colour-coded handles. When not in use the knives can be safely stored away in the in-drawer storage tray.

"I am so pleased I bought this set. It was half price in the sale and an absolutely bargain. The knives are a great assortment and are super sharp. Probably the best I’ve had. I also love the utensil selection particularly as they all have a bit underneath which negates the need for a spoon rest so no more balancing a spoon on the edge of a pan or having a dirty worktop. They look great in their respective slots in my new kitchen drawer. Another brilliantly designed product from Joseph Joseph."
