This knife carousel set includes 6 essential knives that are made from stainless-steel with non-stick, silicone coated blades plus a rotating stand to store them in.

Be careful the paint comes off.

"Cut really well and are very comfortable to use. But after 2 years all the black paint is coming off and getting into the food. My advice would be to buy un-coated ones. I have never put these in the dishwasher and I only hand wash them."

"The service from Joseph joseph has been a awful. I ordered my knives over one month ago, and have yet to receive them even though they have taken the money. I have sent over 4 emails via there website and other means and they yet to have a respond and have no other way of contacting them. Avoid this company at all cost."

Terrible service

"I still haven't received the item, and when I contacted and explained this, you haven't even had the decency to reply to my emails. Non existent customer services. Looking at your reviews on the Internet I'm not the only person you have taken payments from and not delivered the goods. I'm now going through PayPal to try to get a refund. I would never recommend you or your products. Terrible seservice I will never purchase from Joseph and Joseph again."

Customer service failure.

"Failed to arrive and terrible customer service. They processed my payment but didn’t complete the order as the set was out of stock. This was only discovered when I complained. The explanation made little sense and they have refused to replace with a similar product. After 3 weeks and emails back and forth I’m left with nothing but offer of a refund. This was intended as a gift for a birthday last week! Will never order from this company again"

A good purchase

"Bought these to replace exactly the same one that I had brought 8 years ago just different colour. Do love these knives. The previous ones had started to break around the coloured part of the plastic handle and the magnets had come loose from the knife block so the knives weren’t holding in place and had to put elastic around it, fingers crossed it doesn’t happen to these, but I so love the knives."

"I can’t comment on the item just the terrible customer service! You have had my money since the end of December but I’ve still not received this product! I’ve sent email after email and still no contact!! I would never buy from them again! And reading reviews I’m not the only one, so sad when I know the products are good!"

"It might seem unfair to rate the product like this, but we ordered this set of knives nearly 4 weeks ago, paid for delivery and they have not been delivered. I have tried to make contact with Joseph and Joseph several times and have been unsuccessful. If any of their staff are reading this, respond here and help sort this out please!"

"The product is great but I found the contact/confirmation after delivery lacking. After a few days I sent a message to them to query this and it took them a week to respond, luckily I already had my product by then - in an obscene amount of packaging."
