"You did not deliver this product. When I complained you told me that I must have been out (I wasn't) and then that I should contact Evri to sort out delivery. Then you offered me a store credit. When I pointed out that you were in breach of contract, I got my money back So I'm not at all satisfied"

Terrible customer service
"Not sure about the cover because after 3 weeks of chasing the company for a replacement order (evri lost the original and very quickly admitted this) I had to email over a dozen times over two weeks just to get a reply. The worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Such a shame as the products are usually good. We have finally got the items but they asked when a good time to call to apologise and try to make the situation better - gave them very flexible times and never heard a thing. Really really disappointing. I do not think they would have bothered to contact us or replace the order if we had not persisted."
