"This product is fine, just what I expected. Unfortunately the other part of the order which was for the compact version of the bin has never arrived. The last word I received was on 3/1/2005 which confirmed it was on its way. If it’s out of stock please refund the cost."

After sales very poor!

"Not leaving review based on the product (because I never received it!) but on the customer service. Purchased the fridgestore along with other items. Received all items accept the fridgestore. Gave them benefit of the doubt, and waited 10 days, still no fridgestore. Emailed customer services, no response. Filled out contact form on website (twice), eventually received a response to say they didn’t have any stock. Received a refund, but it shouldn’t be left to your customers to say they haven’t received all their items. I should have been notified and when the order was picked. It’s a shame as we love our food caddy and chopping board, just let down but after sales."
