Was never sent!
"Never arrived in the parcel, so I wondered if it had been sent in another parcel and would arrive later. It never did. I contacted Joseph and Joseph to ask where it was and they said it wasn’t available and they would send me a refund, which they did. I was never told it wasn’t available, no invoice, no email, no communication whatsoever. Not great customer service, and I probably wouldn’t buy direct from them again."

Hard to read markings

Not accurate don’t use
"Unless I’m using this wrong, this is not an accurate measuring device for any dry ingredients in the quarter, half and teaspoon range. If I line up the arrow for 1 teaspoon and put sugar in the deeper end (which the pictures infer is the dry ingredient end) it is not 1 teaspoon. Then when you side it to 1/2 a teaspoon it gets bigger, so clearly anything with a teaspoon or less measurement needs to be in that ‘wet’ shallow end of the spoon, which is a pain because it’s too shallow and therefore easy to spill. But what’s worse is measurements are not accurate for Australian teaspoon measurements. I don’t know if they’re different in the US, but if so it should state this on the packaging. The 1 teaspoon is not enough, neither is the half teaspoon or the quarter compared with individual Australian measuring spoons. Very disappointed. Could do with some clearer instructions to show that dry ingredients go in the ‘wet’ ingredient part of the spoon if it’s 1teaspoon or less."
Stains with spices and breaks in Dishwasher
"It was useful but it only lasted a few weeks. When used with spices like Turmeric, the plastic stains. Then, the measuring cup breaks if put in the dishwasher and is unusable. (It's not dishwasher proof which should be a requirement)."
