"Faulty design. One of two plastic tabs broke on the lid after about a year (probably a dozen open/closes) so now the lid won’t close, rendering it unusable. No spare parts on offer and warranty requires proof of purchase (who keeps a receipt for a salt and pepper mill?!). Rubbish design, rubbish customer service."

"I ordered many products 21st of november. They cancelled some of them . Itis unbelievable. We orders many products that time But they only send pizza cutters. And they said we havent got stock. They said we will send salters and cutters only. But we only got pizza cuttter. And system is showing we got salters and cutters but we only have pizza cutters. I can’t believe it ."
