"I have not received my order although the delivery firm shows it as delivered, I have camera's to prove it wasn't delivered to my address. I have sent 2 emails to your customer service department the 1st of which was on 20/01/25 & the 2nd on 27/01/25 & I still have not received any communication from your company. I am very disappointed that a company of your size and reputation have not contacted me to resolve this issue. I would like a replacement and you need to check with the delivery company you use where exactly they delivered it to."

"I can’t really give a fair review on product as not received item. However I’m not impressed with customer service as have contacted them twice on there contact email to inform them that I have not received item and have not yet had a response to either message and there is no phone number. The tracker was showing order ready but is now showing error."

"I buy products joseph-joseph more than 5 years, at my house from knives to trash cans, shelves and everything else. But this year you failed me, I made an order and you did not send the container set, the promotional price disappeared and you put the full price, returned the money to me. Why didn't you ship my order if the item was in stock? Very incorrect attitude to regular customers"

"We ordered this item on 30 December. Money was taken from our account that day. Despite emailing and contacting customer services on 5 occasions to date for an update, we have had no response/update/delivery. Really disappointing."
Poor communication
"I waited a long time for my delivery but I never received the item and the money was refunded to me. No explanation was given, like for example ‘run out of stock’, just an email to say the money was refunded. Needless to say I was very disappointed."
