"You get Zero stars because your customer service has no ability to SPEAK to customers to solve specific problems, except online or by email. Having spent £200 i haven’t received the goods 15 days later (they were returned to a depot before i could pick up). Please: hire a human being to handle customer problems which require a simple conversation, don’t rely 100% on AI, try picking up the phone & calling a customer to make them happy. I expect better service. Awaiting delivery ASAP!"
