"I bought this last week. two days ago some of the bristles fell out… I’ve written to JJ and had no response. I will be looking for a refund. I am very disappointed with this product. I thought that if I was paying a bit more than a run of the mill brush that bit would be a quality item. How wrong I was. If this is the standard of the rest of their products I won’t bother looking at them. Very disappointed."

"Typical Joseph Joseph, looks great, is rubbish. Leaks badly - I think there has been more washing up liquid on the worktop than anywhere else. The heads are fairly mediocre despite premium pricing and you do not get much power through them as they come off. Don't waste your money stick to the cheap and simple version from the supermarket,."
