I didnt even bother reporting the 2nd faulty item. I have purchased products before at some expense but I will think twice before ordering again. Very disappointed."

"I bought this for the utility room and I wanted a plastic one in case it was knocked off the basin. So this is what I wanted and it is stylish. However I find it quite hard to get much soap out of it which is its purpose after all."
