"Unfortunately, this isn't working as well as I had hoped. The cover will not stay attached to the fittings. I have tried different adhesive ideas but the cover constantly falls off into the bin. So far, I've managed to salvage it from the bin but it's likely to go out with the rubbish at some point. Disappointing 😔"

"Ordered this & the carbon filters online, paid for it, package arrived with no cover just the filters!! Contacted JJ, suddenly “ out of stock” refunded immediately but it WAS in stock when I ordered & paid for it!! So now I have useless filters and no cover!!! All too easy to just refund… not very good at customer care this time JJ!!!!"
