"Please, folks, if you do not want to lose this cover, use some sellotape to secure it; otherwise, it may end up in the rubbish and be lost forever. This is a common thing to happen and is a design fault; we need a clip-on cover"

"Ordered this & the carbon filters online, paid for it, package arrived with no cover just the filters!! Contacted JJ, suddenly “ out of stock” refunded immediately but it WAS in stock when I ordered & paid for it!! So now I have useless filters and no cover!!! All too easy to just refund… not very good at customer care this time JJ!!!!"
