The thing I’d save in a kitchen fire.

"This is a replacement for one I’ve had many years and is now a bit tatty so is being re homed in our caravan. It’s so versatile and is my ‘go to’ utensil for just about everything I cook (except for mashing). Being rigid it easily breaks down mince and you can scrape the bottom of the pan if you think something might stick. Works well with fried and scrambled eggs. Just a great all rounder."
