"We’d hoped that such an innovative and trusted brand would have fixed the issue of hand soap dispensers that slowly fill with water - sadly not. It looks great, is easy to fill and use, but slowly fills with water if used with wet hands. Seems hard to clean off marks also. Sadly, the bottom of the product also fell off after about 6 months. We’re now back to looking for the holy grail of soap dispensers."

Dangerous soap pump, do not buy
"Like other reviews, initially super happy, looks amazing and works well. Sadly after just a few months the metal casing started to ‘peel’ into incredibly sharp and dangerous strips. Obviously this is a major defect across a few years. Seems no attempt has been made to rectify or remove from sale. A shame JJ, your products are normally well executed."

"This product is not up to the standard expected. After a short time sitting on a sink - the steel started to split from the bottom and created sharp and dangerous edges. Do not buy this produce."
